Our courseware developers are also trainers and consultants as we believe the best courseware comes from utilizing the best practices that each vendor provides along with real world, practical advice from doing consulting engagements in the field.
We believe that in most instructor-led training linking traditional PowerPoint slides with the student manual makes it the easiest for students to follow along and take notes. We believe that students come to learn concepts and want the book for a quick reference on actual procedures back at the office, and we structure our courseware and labs around that idea.
We believe labs are critical to understanding the product(s) discussed in the course.
We believe students also come for tips, tricks, and warnings of potential issues and, therefore, highlight them in the curriculum as well as in the labs.
Having trained thousands of users in our many years of training, we bring all of this experience to all of our courseware projects.
Self-directed learning information can be found on the eLearning page.
What topics can we cover?
We can develop courseware on virtually any subject. We are experts ourselves on many products and platforms, but we can also develop courseware on other subjects in conjunction with a subject matter expert (SME).
We can use a SME that you provide, or we can recommend or provide independent SMEs on almost any topic through our vast network of contractors and other experts that we have worked with over the years.
